Malcolm and I moved to the north west coast of Scotland in August this year to start a totally new adventure on a windy, coastal croft with just under six acres.
We have a vision of growing a wide range of food (including grape vines and even a banana tree in a poly tunnel) in what is considered to be a harsh environment and to be totally organic, without the use of fertilisers. pesticides and insecticides.
